Dr Tom Comyns from University of Limerick is coming to visit our club and do a workshop with the u9 boys team, followed by a chat with our coaches on Saturday December 11th at 10am.

He is an lecturer in Human Movement science and course director in the BSC in Sports Science. He competed in the Olympics and also Keith Earls credits him with his longevity and also developing his athleticism.

The plan is for Tom to run a 45 minute workshop with the u9 boys and then a 45 minute chat with our coaches to chat about putting in long term sustainable programmes in place for our players.
